All orders are shipped from our Distribution Centre in the Netherlands:

Most orders ship within one business day of payment verification. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €120. Orders below €120 are charged a flat fee of €8. Please note that deliveries to island regions may experience additional delays beyond the original estimate.
We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Returning an order? For orders of €120 or more, free return shipping is included, a prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically when you submit your return. For orders under €120, a €9.50 return handling fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. Please do not use your own shipping label, as this may result in delays or loss of your return.
