We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for orders placed at roarkbrand.eu.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined upon inspection.
How to start your return
Visit our returns portal to submit your request. Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically and emailed to you, simply print, attach, and drop off at your nearest designated carrier location.
Refunds
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your items.
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method only.
- Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once processed, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear.
