Once your return has been submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically and emailed to you. For orders of €120 or more, this label is free of charge. For orders under €120, a €9.50 return handling fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the steps below:

1. Securely pack your items. Use the original packaging where possible.
2. Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package and affix the prepaid shipping label provided.
3. Drop off your package within 30 days at your nearest designated carrier location.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order was under €120, a €9.50 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund total. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5. A prepaid shipping label is provided, please do not use your own shipping label. Using a personal label may result in delays or loss of your return.
